Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the New Brunswick Chamber of Commerce between annual or special meetings of the membership, nominated from within the New Brunswick Chamber network and representing New Brunswick's diverse business community. It is mandated to conduct the business of the New Brunswick Chamber and to oversee its financial transactions and discharge its fiduciary responsibility. The board is responsible for the implementation, interpretation and promotion of policies approved by the membership of the New Brunswick Chamber.
